Located on the northern shore of Lake Pend Oreille in Bonner County. Boyer Slough is the receiving waters of the Kootenai Ponderay Sewer District.
Boyer Slough is currently impaired for nitrogen and phosphorus. A Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) is in development to address these impairments.
